This Cult-Werk tail conversion is an ABS plastic part and is CNC milled on the most modern 5-axis machining centers!
This ensures that this part is OE quality.
It is not a cheap GRP! The "Racing" rear fender was optically very elaborately designed and the rear is characterized by very simple assembly.
Only the original rear part has to be removed and replaced with our metal inner fender.
Then the wiring of the lighting in the rear fender must be carried out with the supplied lighting equipment (the lighting units must be glued in - e.g. use silicone or other glue) and finally the ABS plastic part is screwed onto the metal inner fender!
The rear can be used for tires up to 280 tires and gives a very beefy look due to the narrow construction. The photos show a 280 tire mounted on a widened rim!
The matching seats (1-seater or with a pillion pad) in the shape matching the rear are of course included.
These are made of genuine leather (smooth on the outside & alcantara on the inside) in black with diamond stitching (black seams) and an embossed Cult-Werk logo.
It is simply exchanged for the original seat and is attached exactly like the original seat! If you have any questions, please contact us at any time!
IMPORTANT: The spring travel and the freedom of movement of the fender must be checked and, if necessary, limited! The required spring travel limiters are included in the scope of delivery!
The following two surface variants are available for this rear conversion:
Paintable (minimal painting effort - because of the perfect surface finish! The fender is delivered ready for painting and can always be painted immediately!)
Glossy black (does not have to be painted - so you save the entire painting costs ! Remove the protective film and the fender shines in the original Harley-Davidson ® black!)
