The new Zard "TOP GUN" exhaust for the Harley-Davidson Sportster S 1250 has been designed to give a new identity to the design of this modern power cruiser.

Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, this 2 in 1 in 2 slip-on kit is characterized by the body of the oval and streamlined silencers, with diagonally cut, carbon fiber end caps, in addition to the refined matte black Cerakote finish and the Zard logo laser-engrave. The Zard “GT” exhaust for the Harley-Davidson Sportster S 1250 is available in racing or Euro 5 homologated version and comes with the appropriate dB-Killer..

The silencer kit is lightweight -3,9 kg for the Euro 5 homologated version compared to the standard silencer and contributes to increasing engine performance+1,7 hp compared to the standard silencer, giving the bike the distinctive Zard sound.

To complete this exhaust system, Zard has designed and manufactured an exclusive two-part carbon fiber heat shield that replaces the entire plastic unit of the original model and integrates perfectly into the bike’s design, the result of extensive stylistic and aerodynamic research. The exclusive two-piece carbon fibre heat shield replaces the original plastic part, for a perfect Sportster S design integration.

Manufactured using high end 2D/3D lasers, robots, bending machines and skilled qualified welders for the perfect result.

Note: This is a EU homologated exhaust system. Removing or modifying the Db killer on homologated exhausts will void the warranty and the homologation.

Certification is valid for unmodified stock bikes, for the specific models and model years as mentioned in the product descriptions (Directive 97/24/CE, EU regulation 134/2014). The approval number, shown on the supplied relevant certificate, is stamped on every exhaust system and it must be presented to law enforcement when checked.
