O2 sensor eliminators are used when you want to run your bike without O2 sensors or need to eliminate the additional sensors on Milwaukee Eight models after installing an aftermarket exhaust.
It plugs into the stock wiring harness to avoid that warning light coming up or fault codes appearing on your instruments. This kit simulates a cold sensor condition and cause the ECM to remain in "open-loop" operation.
Eliminators Sold Each. Either Grey or Black will be supplied (functionally the same)
2012-2020 Softail, Touring, Dyna & 2007-2013 Sportster only require two eliminators, one per header.
In 2021 Harley added extra O2 sensors to the Milwaukee Eight Softail & Touring models, your bike will have either 3 or 4 total O2 sensors.
Most aftermarket full exhaust systems still require the use of the two upper header O2 sensors, only the additional O2 sensor/s need to be eliminated.
Use the model table below to determine how many eliminators you need for the M8 Models.
Example. Models with three total O2 sensors all located on the header will not need any eliminators if replacing mufflers only but will need one eliminator for a full exhaust replacement. Models with four total O2 sensors with the additional two located on the mufflers will need to order two eliminators if replacing with either aftermarket full system or mufflers.
If you have an aftermarket exhaust with no O2 sensors 3 or 4 eliminators will be required.
WARNING: On 2021-Up Milwaukee Eight models we can't guarantee this product will eliminate the error code on the dash even after a retune. We still recommend using these plugs after removal of O2 sensors to help protect the exposed sensor connection from the elements.
